(died 13 May 1988, in his 83rd year), insurance man, mayor. Parents: Euclide Rouleau and his wife Elda Beaudry (see Elda Rouleau). Roméo Rouleau was mayor of Alexandria 1944-1949. In the mayoralty campaign of late 1949, he was defeated by R. J. Graham. (Standard Freeholder 6 Dec. 1949) His death was at the Chateau Gardens Nursing Home, Lancaster. He was married to Hélène Lalonde, the sister of Magistrate L. Lalonde.
